2. Pricing & Payment

   • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

3. Returns & Refunds

   • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for opened or unsealed coffee bags.

   • Refunds will only be provided under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

   • Once the order is handed to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

   • We will assist in claims with carriers if products are damaged in transit.

5. Use of Website

   • You agree not to misuse this website, attempt fraud, or interfere with its functionality.

   • All content (logos, images, text) belongs to Lavrador coffee and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer

   • Lavrador is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

   • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

   • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
